Some people would be well advised to avoid making live appearances on national television. Watch, for example, as Joy Bauer—NBC's Today Show "nutritionist"—bumbles her way through the segment below. Apparently, she's unable to distinguish between prosciutto and bruschetta, and hasn't the faintest idea how to pronounce "con queso."
