The second annual New York Capital Region Vegetarian Expo takes place this Saturday, 13 September. Its purpose is to promote the benefits of green sustainable living, healthy lifestyles, and animal advocacy. There will be food demonstrations by chefs Kelly Serbonich and Phil Smith.
10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Free admission, parking, and samples.
