I was lucky enough to work at the Dinosaur in Syracuse, but have yet to make it to the NYC joint. I'm glad to hear it met your expectations! They truly know how to produce EXCELLENT barbeque!

Nice post! I want those ribs, they look great. Not too much sauce, which is something I see all too often on BBQ ribs.
